Job Description

Project: FEED FLNG Facility

The Construction Manager shall be responsible for the construction planning of the FLNG by developing construction execution plan, specification encompassing Topside component fabrication and transportation, Hull construction, Topside component integration, towing and offshore installation. He/She shall be fully conversant with construction processes, specifications, method statements, QA/QC processes in accordance with international standards, Classification Society rules and ideally Indonesian environmental.

The Construction Manager shall have experiences and qualifications as follows:

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent;

At least twenty (20) years experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least ten (10) years experience as Construction Manager for offshore FPSOs and/or LNG Plants

The Construction Manager shall have an intimate and working knowledge of international code and standards, and shall have a prime responsibility to establish construction planning in accordance with HSE, QA/QC, Classification Society approval and Indonesian regulations.

He / she shall have undertaken at least two (2) EPC projects for FPSOs and/or LNG Plants

He / she shall possess experiences in FEED phase construction planning

Lead Process Safety & Loss Control Engineer shall have experience and qualifications as

follows:
Bachelor of Science degree in a process safety engineering related field.

Minimum of fifteen (15) years experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least five (5) years Lead Process Safety Position.

He / she must have previous experience of conducting and leading formal safety assessments, QRA, HAZIDs, HAZOPs and ALARP workshops.

He / she shall have previous extensive experience of working within a risk based HSE framework (e.g., UK or Australian HSE regulation)
