Position Requirements

Male/Female, age between 25 -38 years old

Hold S2 Degree in Management / Marketing / Statistic

Min 5 years working in research and development

Familiar with program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science)

Can work as a Team

Position Requirements

Minimum 5 years working experience in A/R in Mall or Shopping Center

Position Responsibilities

Responsible to all management A/Rin Mall and handling any problem in collection and minimize the outstanding A/R in Mall.

Main Duties:
Responsible to all managementA/R Mall such as : collection and give solution in every issue.

To list tenant issue and send warning letter to tenant Mall.

To keep good relationship with tenants.

To handle complaint and correspondence related to A/RMall.

To follow up every problem with tenant

To do daily banking reconciliation to control payment.

To monitor every due date of invoice and directly contact tenant via telephonein order to make tenant pay on time.

To coordinate with related department as a part of A/R works.

To follow up administrative matters in A/R related to other dept. in order to reduce arrears.

BUO Coordinator

Position Requirements


Age between 25 35 years old

Hold S1 Degree in any majoring

Min 5 years experiences in Marketing/retail/Mall/Properti

Good Leadership Skill

Good Communication Skill

Position Responsibilities

Leading and coordinating BUO Team in dealing with daily tenant activities

Coordinate with tenant & related dept to solve tenants complaints

To give advise & suggestion to support increasing tenants sales

Position Requirements


Age between 25 30 years old

Hold S1 Degree in any majoring
