Our client is a prominent provider of total Information Technology (IT) outsourcing services with a core business in electronic data capture, desktop server networks, information technology operations and maintenance services. This internationally certified company is a key partner to a range of respected clients in a number of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas, health and the government. This respected company is seeking a professional HR specialist to fill the position of Human Resources Manager, to be based in Tangerang, Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. The winning candidate will plans, lead, controls and manage programs and activities covering all HR functions and activities that promote a talented, engaged and committed workforce needed to achieve the Company’s business plans and objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:
Human Resources Policies: Develop and update local Human Resources policies, procedures and practices required to support the Company’s business plans and ensure its effective implementation

Organization Development: Lead and participate in organization reviews and develop, together with the management team, organization development initiatives (structures, business processes, transfers of key people etc.), which translate business strategies into workable and pragmatic people solutions

Human Resources Planning: Plan, implement and monitor Human Resources policies, practices and services (e.g. staffing, separation, training and development), required to ensure the quantity and quality of human resources are commensurate with short and long term business needs

Compensation and Benefits: Consistent with company’s guidelines, develop, implement and control compensation and benefits policies and practices which meet the company needs and provide the framework to attract, retain and motivate qualified employees

Performance Management: Consistent with company’s guidelines, ensure that performance management standards, practices and processes, which strongly support the achievement of business and functional objectives, are established and understood by implementing effective performance management systems, and training programs at all levels of the organization

Payroll: Ensure the availability of accurate and up to date payroll information for timely decision making through Oracle system

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (min.) in business administration, accounting or psychology

Five years’ experience (min.) in human resources field

Strong knowledge in recruitment, compensation and benefits, income tax (PPh 21) and Jamsostek

Strong knowledge of labor laws

Strong knowledge in job analysis

Knowledge of Oracle system for payroll an advantage

Fluent in English, written or spoken

Hard worker

Able to work under pressure and multitask
