ESTIMATOR – SPAR PLATFORMS

A leading international Oil & Gas contractor currently has a requirement for an Estimator to join their expanding organization in South East Asia. The focus of the role is to manage and coordinate the estimating work for the development of Manhour estimates for the construction of a SPAR platform. You will also be responsible for providing estimation expertise in relation to procedures, systems and metrics.

The job scope for the estimator is as follows:

• Preparing Estimate Plan
• Resolve complex estimating issues
• Provide estimation input to form project schedule
• Provide training in the revision of project and cost estimates
• Participate in client presentations and negotiations

For this position my client requires a candidate that is based in the Asia Pacific region and is able to mobilise to Batam, Indonesia. You should have worked as an estimator for 3 – 5 years and during this time should have become familiar with SPAR platform projects and estimation.

In return, the estimator will receive a permanent position with a leading Oil & Gas contractor. My client is a market leader in their sector and they are currently working on a number of prestigious projects with South East Asia ad further afield.
