An ideal candidate would have these following characteristics: Experienced in managing Dry Food Operation and its team in a wholesale/hypermarket retail store for minimum 3 years Holds a Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, or similar from an Accredited “A” University Maximum age is 35 years old Strong leadership character Smart, team player, honest, hard worker and dependable Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet application Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with agencies, suppliers and vendors communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in English and Indonesian PT. Responsibility:
Managing Dry Food Operation that may include but not limited to Dry Food freshness, Product Range compatibility, Product Range Completeness Managing Dry Food store organization and its teamwork Daily / Weekly /Monthly report of Dry Food Operation Managing known / unknown shrinkage as low as possible through excellent Dry Food management

Requirements:
